Relieve Pain While Sitting At Your Desk

Welcome to your 90-second Health Tip. In this video, we give you some tips and tricks to avoiding aches and pains while sitting in a chair at your desk.

Over time, we develop bad habits and posture while sitting for long periods of time at our desks. We start to slouch, roll our shoulders forward, and sit too far forward in our chair. Typing on a keyboard and using a mouse stretches our shoulder and back muscles. All of this puts stress on our body, causing some muscles and ligaments to stretch and weaken, while other muscles have to work harder. This leads to chronic neck, back and shoulder pain.

These tips and tricks will help you fix your posture and relieve the aches and pains you are feeling.
