How to Deal with Pain When Standing or Sitting

Learn the proper position for standing and sitting to relieve and avoid back pain and improve your posture.

In this video we show you how to find the ideal position for your spine that takes the pressure off your back. We then teach you a technique for bracing your lower back and properly using your hips for motion and movement. Finally, we give you two exercises to practice that will get you using your hips as a hinge to avoid aches and pains in your back when standing and sitting down.
